Hassle-free return

Our priority is your absolute satisfaction, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can contact us within 14 calendar days to make a return. The full amount will be refunded, including shipping costs. The products must be in the same condition as they were sent, deducting from the return the value of those that are not. The shipment will be managed by Astrategas Wargames, and its cost will be deducted from the return.

Return due to poor condition of shipment

If upon opening the package you notice that any of the items are not in the proper condition, you must notify us as soon as possible, within the first 24 hours, by sending an email to Astrategaswargames@gmail.com, attaching a photo of the merchandise if possible. The collection of the product will be managed by Astrategas Wargames without the customer having to assume any additional costs and it will be exchanged for the same product in perfect condition. If this is not possible, the customer will be compensated in the same way.
